What is LoadErUp?
LoadErUp is delivery on demand, we connect you with one of our professional LoadErs to pick up deliver and drop off the items you shop for, we are running in all storefronts, kijiji, facebook buy and sell groups, and so much more.
Who are the drivers?
Our LoadErs are hand picked and put through our inhouse vetting process to make sure you are getting AAA service, we require all LoadErs to submit recent criminal record checks, vulnerable sector checks, insurance, registration, drivers abstracts to make sure you are getting the most professional service around.
What is the cost?
We are up to and over 50% cheaper than in store delivery. Depending on the distance you live from the pickup, and vehicle you require the price will be slightly more or less. Expect an average price of $39.00 in the city of Edmonton.
What are LoadErUp’s hours of operation?
Drivers are available 24/7. Of course there are fewer drivers out in the middle of the night as most are resting in preparation of the next exciting day of deliveries so it may take a bit longer for your driver to arrive to the pickup site.

How do I pay?
We take payments through paypal, we choose this method for security, as well as allowing our drivers to fill up on gas used throughout the day and be paid out after a day of hard work.
Can I get Helpers?
You do not have to lift a finger if you do not want to, LoadErUp drivers are also helpers adding a small charge to your total we will have them at your house helping out.
What do Helpers Cost?
For a helping hand it will cost $23.
What will LoadErUp deliver?
LoadErUp insures items up to $250, for insurance over and above you will pay $3 for every $100 you would like to insure. We do require you to upload a receipt of your purchase for insurance.
What happens if my items are damaged?
LoadErUp offers Damage Protection to protect your stuff in the unlikely event something is damaged during your delivery
All deliveries automatically come with $250 worth of damage protection (see below for exceptions). If you'd like to add additional protection, you can do so as part of the LoadErUp booking process by simply inputting declared values for your items and uploading a photo of your receipt.
You can increase the amount of protection in $100 increments up to $5,000 per delivery. Each $100 increment of additional protection costs $3.
In the event that damage occurs to your item(s), please contact us to start a claim.
Please Note: Damage Protection cannot be applied to the following: (1) Labor only time blocks and Donation/Dumped Item deliveries. (3) Damage protection only applies to items being transported and cannot be modified once your delivery has started. Extra insurance can only be added to new items on their initial purchase and must be accompanied by the original purchase receipt dated the same day of pickup or the delivery is the first time the product has been removed from the store.
You must report any damage within 24 hours of the delivery. During the damage claim process you must respond to action items within 28 days, failure to do so will result in nullification of the claim.
